( 1 ) Booking conditions:
We are forced to charge a waiting rate if, at a reserved time and location other than an airport, our driver has to wait for the client for over 15 minutes.
We are forced to charge a waiting rate if, at a reserved time and location being an airport, our driver has to wait for the client for over 30 minutes.
A waiting tariff of €10/15 minutes (=€40,- / hour) per waiting vehicle applies.
( 2 ) Cancellation policy:
Bookings for airport pick-ups/region pick-ups/disposals can be cancelled without charge up to 5 hours in advance of the reserved point of time. In case of a notice period shorter than the minimum 5 hours, we are forced to charge the full rate. In case of no-show, the full rate will always be applied.
For disposals, we are forced to book the vehicle for a minimum of 6 hours.
